Things to Know
What can young chefs expect in class?
Young chefs are served full meals complete with: a main dish, a side dish, and dessert. We maintain small group interactions, with a teacher:student ratio of 1:10. For summer camps, a recipe book will be given out on Fridays with 15 weekly recipes.
Young chefs must:
– Wear closed-toe shoes
– Wear hair up
– Bring a water bottle
Anything else I need to know?
Unfortunately, these cooking camps are not suitable for young chefs with severe food allergies. We are unable to accommodate food allergies.
